




Amity PetCare is a veterinary clinic located in São Bernardo do Campo, SP, in the neighborhood of Nova Petrópolis, specialized in 24-hour care. We offer services such as consultations, surgeries, hospitalizations, laboratory and imaging tests, as well as bathing and grooming. The facility features three rooms equipped to serve various specialties, including cardiology and orthopedics. Main Responsibilities \- Greet pet owners and patients courteously and empathetically. \- Identify and register data in the system (client and pet records). \- Answer phone calls and respond to messages (WhatsApp, email, and social media). \- Provide information about services, schedules, and clinic protocols. \- Guide pet owners regarding preparation for consultations, exams, and surgeries. \- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments, follow-ups, exams, and procedures. \- Organize the service order, respecting medical priorities and emergencies. \- Manage shift, doctor, and room schedules. \- Receive payments (cash, card, PIX, insurance plans). \- Verify and record cash flow. \- Inform the medical team about patient arrivals and emergencies. \- Assist in managing hospitalizations (admissions, discharges, reports, and owner follow-up). \- Direct clients to appropriate departments (consultations, exams, hospitalization, bathing and grooming). \- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment. \- Perform post-service follow-up (calls or messages for feedback and monitoring). \- Handle complaints professionally, forwarding to management when necessary. Advantageous Qualifications \- Prior experience in reception at a veterinary clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting. \- Familiarity with clinic/pet shop management systems (we use SimplesVet). \- Knowledge of veterinary procedures and technical terminology. \- Course or training in customer service.
