Training provided by the company regardless of prior experience **Role:** Perform access control in the parking lot, organize the yard, and handle customer reception and service. (Training provided by the company regardless of prior experience) **Salary:** BRL 1,804.00 + BRL 900.00 for paid overtime. **Benefits:** MEAL ALLOWANCE: BRL 315.00 (per month) + TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE OR COMPANY CAR ALLOWANCE: Based on commuting distance + **PLR (Profit Sharing):** BRL 606.54 (per year). **Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract.** **Work Schedule - 6 Days On / 1 Day Off:** * **1st Shift (Monday to Friday):** 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM * **2nd Shift (Monday to Friday):** 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM * **Saturdays and Holidays:** 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – (as per schedule); OVERTIME: 65% premium for hours exceeding weekly limit * **Sundays:** 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM – (as per schedule); OVERTIME: 100% premium **Location: Embaré Neighborhood – Santos/SP** Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level)
