Therefore, we do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other factor. **You are all that matters!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the structuring, analysis, and management of technical documentation and regulatory requirements applicable to vehicle systems, acting as "liaison" with headquarters and internal interfaces, ensuring regulatory compliance, process integration, and support for global type-approval programs. * Represent the local team before headquarters, enabling technical and regulatory process alignment. * Act as the interface with headquarters in engineering, type-approval, and with global stakeholders. * Ensure traceability, technical consistency, and compliance with criteria required by type-approval authorities and headquarters. * Guide the team in prioritizing and executing WP activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Production or related fields) or equivalent technical disciplines. * Knowledge of the automotive product development cycle and methodology, preferably involving global platforms. * Experience in global projects or active participation in multinational initiatives. * Fluent German is mandatory, with the ability to conduct daily technical alignment with headquarters and interpret procedural documentation. * Advanced English for technical reading, document support, and additional international interface. * Hybrid work modality in São Bernardo do Campo/SP. **Additional Information*** For us, your health and your family’s health are top priorities!
