WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE: * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Motivate and coordinate the team, ensuring the best customer experience with a focus on quality, hygiene, and food safety; * OPERATIONS SUPERVISION: Ensure proper preparation and sale of products during your shift; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor performance results, control cash flow, purchases, and optimize labor usage according to internal procedures; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies. * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Train employees on stations, equipment, products, and brand guidelines. REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY: * Currently enrolled in or having completed a Bachelor’s degree. * Minimum age of 18 years. * Flexible availability for work hours. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in the field. * Eagerness to learn, collaborate in a team, and grow with us!
