We are seeking a Regulatory Assets Closure Coordinator to lead the team responsible for closing and unitizing CAPEX projects, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards. This position requires strategic and proactive engagement to mitigate regulatory risks, ensure reliability of unitized values, and drive business value generation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of analysts and technicians;
* Coordinate the project closure and investment unitization process, ensuring regulatory compliance of costs according to regulated procedures established in the MCP (Property Control Manual for the Basic Sanitation Sector), MCR (Regulatory Accounting Manual), and Resolution No. 1488/2024 (Methodology for Annual Certification of Investments in the Sanitation Sector), thereby guaranteeing effective discussion toward fair tariff recognition;
* Monitor indicators related to the unitization process and regulatory compliance of assets, implementing process improvements aimed at performance enhancement;
* Address requests from directors and regional managers regarding the unitization and decommissioning processes;
* Ensure field inspections of Wastewater Treatment Plants (ETEs), Water Treatment Plants (ETAs), pumping stations, and water security projects prior to unitization;
* Manage stages related to asset decommissioning;
* Address specific internal and external audit requirements related to projects unitized by this coordination;
* Monitor the inventory of ongoing projects (IEA) within corresponding areas.
**Required Experience:**
* Technical closure and immobilization (unitization) related to CAPEX projects;
* Execution and supervision of construction works;
* Familiarity with property valuation methodologies.
**Desired Experience:**
* Project and people management;
* Participation in tariff reviews;
* Development of standards and procedures.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Economics, Administration, or Accounting (preferred);
* Knowledge of current regulations related to asset management;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Willingness to travel for work within São Paulo State (approx. 2x per month – 2 days per trip);
* Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category B;
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of computational tools for data analysis / management (SQL, VBA, Python, etc.);
Knowledge of project and people management tools;
Knowledge of SAP and georeferenced systems;
