A national and international reference in sustainable public transportation, we manufacture electric buses in the following versions: Trolleybus (overhead wire system) Hybrid (generator-motor \+ batteries) Pure electric (batteries) Our technology is deployed in over 400 electric vehicles across Brazil and abroad. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare technical drawings and detailed designs based on mechanical engineering specifications; * Develop and update 2D product structural drawings; * Update and review drawings according to project changes; * Ensure projects comply with technical standards (ABNT) and internal standards; * Organize and manage technical documentation and project files; * Support engineers and related departments in project development and coordination; * Conduct technical surveys and measurements when required; * Prepare bills of materials and technical specifications; * Work on sheet metal, tubular structures, and bus layout (electric kit: rack, motor, roof); * Register new components and products in the system; * Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering departments to support continuous improvement; * Comply with safety, quality, hygiene, and environmental regulations; * Adhere to working-at-height requirements (NR35\), where applicable; * Valid driver's license (CNH) is required (Category D is preferred). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or related fields; * Prior experience as a Designer, preferably in industrial settings; * Proficiency in technical drawing software: **AutoCAD and SolidWorks;** * Knowledge of: Technical drawing reading and interpretation, Technical standards (ABNT), Scales and dimensioning, Technical detailing, 2D and 3D modeling; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS/Protheus). **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in electric mobility or automotive projects; knowledge of metallic structures and sheet metalwork. **Behavioral Profile** * Attention to detail and high level of technical precision; * Organization and control of information and documentation; * Logical reasoning and spatial awareness; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams; * Adaptability to changes and project revisions; * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality; * Collaborative mindset and focus on continuous improvement. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance (one round-trip per day, no payroll deduction); * On-site parking; * Medical assistance; * Total Pass; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. **Innovation has been part of Eletra’s DNA since its founding in 1999 in São Bernardo do Campo.
