Job Summary: Driver (Category D) responsible for cargo loading/unloading verification, itinerary planning, customer contact, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. DRIVER POSITION (Category D) Location: Diadema/SP Schedule: Business hours (Monday to Saturday) Employment Type: CLT Main Responsibilities: Cargo Loading and Unloading Verification: Conduct meticulous inspection of goods before and after transportation to ensure correct cargo and good condition. Itinerary and Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure transportation efficiency, considering factors such as traffic and weather conditions. Customer Contact: Maintain constant communication with internal and external customers to meet expectations and promptly resolve any issues. Operational Support: Assist in loading and unloading goods, collaborating with the team to ensure safety and efficiency in product handling. Qualifications: Education: Completed elementary or high school. License: Category D driver’s license, with MOPP (Hazardous Materials Handling) certification and updated refresher training. Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ documented experience as a driver, preferably in cargo transportation. Technical Skills: Traffic Legislation Knowledge: Familiarity with traffic laws and specific regulations governing cargo transportation. Vehicle Maintenance: Basic knowledge of vehicle care and preventive maintenance to ensure transportation safety and efficiency. Navigation Technology: Proficiency in using GPS devices and navigation apps for route optimization. Behavioral Skills: Responsibility: Commitment to deadlines and service quality, demonstrating seriousness in daily tasks. Communication: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences, including coworkers and customers. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with other team members, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment. Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changes in itineraries and unforeseen events occurring during transportation. Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary: R$ 2.905,00 + R$ 871,50 (Hazard Pay). Meal Allowance: R$ 324,50 (Alelo Card). Per Diem: Paid when required. Life Insurance: Includes funeral assistance. After 90 days (Probation Period): Access to Health and Dental Plans.
