**Job Description:**
**Requirements**:
* Education: Engineering (Electronics, Civil, Computer) or Business Administration.
* Experience: Solid project management experience, preferably in infrastructure construction and/or ITS projects.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ITS systems, including traffic control systems, electronic payment systems, vehicle monitoring systems, and communication systems.
* Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, etc.) and technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
* Skills: Leadership, communication, negotiation, organization, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
* Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
The ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) and Revenue Collection Construction PMO (Project Management Office) will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of a project—from conception through final delivery. Acting as a conductor, orchestrating all activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
* Planning: Develops detailed project plans, defining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks.
* Coordination: Leads multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective communication among all project stakeholders.
* Control: Monitors project progress, identifies deviations, and implements corrective actions.
* Quality: Ensures the project is executed in accordance with established technical standards and quality requirements.
* Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks that may impact project success.
* Communication: Maintains effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular reports and updates.

Compensation: R$10\.500,00 \- R$11\.500,00 per month
