Job Summary: A generalist HR professional to support and develop people management activities, contributing to the company's growth and strategic alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Support for internal marketing and organizational culture initiatives. We are seeking a Human Resources Analyst to join our team! This professional will be responsible for supporting and developing people management activities, contributing to the company's growth and strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Selection: conduct selection processes, from resume screening to onboarding of new employees. * Training and Development: identify needs, plan, and implement training programs. * Personnel Administration: oversee attendance tracking, payroll, benefits administration, and contract management. * Performance Evaluation: structure and monitor evaluation processes, providing feedback and development plans. * Support internal marketing initiatives and activities promoting employee engagement and organizational culture. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in generalist HR roles. * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR management tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR information systems is a plus. * Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. **Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.** Desired Profile: * Proactivity and strong organizational skills. * Strategic mindset and analytical capability.
