Lead multidisciplinary teams and drive local and regional innovation and development projects. Support the bid phase and ensure alignment between development and commercial proposals. Handle risk management, resource allocation, change control, recovery plans, and conduct project meetings and technical approvals, promoting continuous improvement and lessons learned.
