Integration among sales, production, and shipping Production Planning and Control (PCP) Analyst **Location:** On-site (industrial facility) **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Law contract) **Salary:** R$ 3.500 (commensurate with experience) About the Role We are scaling our industrial operations and seeking a professional to organize and control the production flow—ensuring timeliness, efficiency, and seamless integration among sales, production, and shipping. The PCP Analyst will be responsible for converting customer orders into well-organized production orders, ensuring the factory operates logically, predictably, and under control. Responsibilities * Plan production based on received orders * Generate and organize production orders * Define manufacturing sequence and priorities * Monitor daily production progress * Identify delays and resolve bottlenecks * Define and track delivery deadlines (lead time) * Integrate information across: * Sales (orders) * Production (execution) * Shipping (deliveries) * Support material organization in coordination with the Purchasing department * Maintain data control and organization within the system (**Tiny ERP**) Requirements * Prior experience in PCP or production control * Basic knowledge of industrial processes * Operational organization and discipline * Strong communication skills and ability to follow up effectively * Logical reasoning and process-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications * Experience in furniture, upholstery, or related industries * ERP knowledge (especially Tiny ERP) * Familiarity with inventory and materials control * Experience defining operation times and processes Candidate Profile * Organized and methodical * Proactive and solution-oriented * Assertive (capable of holding production accountable) * Quick decision-maker * Results-driven and deadline-focused Important Note This is not a passive administrative role.
