Prior experience in flexographic printing; Mission: Operate flexographic printing machines autonomously, ensuring work execution in accordance with quality, productivity, and safety standards, thereby contributing to the achievement of production targets. **Responsibilities:** . Read machine scheduling and interpret work orders (WOs), verifying specifications and requirements for task execution; . Prepare and assist in machine setup according to WO specifications; . Operate the machine, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to deadlines; . Collect process samples and forward them to the laboratory for analysis; . Analyze production, identify deviations, and take action to resolve problems; . Clean the machine and organize the work area; . Dispose of waste materials properly; . Complete machine reports and checklists, as well as coil identifications; . Support the maintenance team in identifying faults during printer operation; . Assist other departments whenever necessary, as directed by the Team Leader; . Comply with all guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook for all activities performed.
