Performing repairs and maintenance across various fields (mechanical, electrical, carpentry, hydraulic, etc.), maintaining buildings and equipment, with duties ranging from small constructions and installations to finishing work and general repairs, always following safety and quality standards. **Main Functions and Activities:** * **Maintenance and Repairs:** Conducts repairs on electrical systems (light bulbs, outlets, switches, circuit breakers), hydraulic systems (drains, traps, piping), and structural systems. * **General Services:** Replacing light bulbs, painting, cleaning drainage systems, installing shelves, etc. **Essential Skills:** * Practical knowledge across multiple areas (electrical, hydraulic, carpentry, mechanical). * Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork.
