Description

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing shift handovers, verifying materials, scheduling setups, requisitioning and preparing raw materials, and maintaining area organization. Key Highlights: 1. Shift handover management and material verification 2. Setup scheduling and raw material requisition 3. Maintenance of workplace cleanliness and organization * Conduct shift handover, collecting information on machines in operation and materials used. • Perform rounds in the factory and on the production line to verify materials in use. • Check whether raw material drums are properly labeled on the machines. * Verify the setup schedule planned for the shift. * Requisition raw materials via the ABT system from the warehouse. * Verify that delivered materials are correctly labeled and match the requisition. * Prepare materials for use, performing dehumidification/baking when necessary. * Return unused raw materials via the system, ensuring proper sealing of packaging. * Mix materials when required by the production process. * Keep injection molding machines and the supply area clean and organized. * Inform the next shift about scheduled setups, materials being prepared (baking/dehumidifying), and machine priorities Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) On-site cafeteria and transportation allowance.
