We currently have an opening for: **Production Assistant** **Job Objective:** Support operations in receiving, organizing, handling, cleaning, packaging, and releasing fresh and frozen products, contributing to process efficiency, product preservation and quality, and adherence to delivery deadlines. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform order picking for fresh and frozen products, verifying expiration dates, weighing, packaging, and correctly identifying products on boxes. Organize inventory in refrigerated chambers, ensuring proper identification and control of expiration dates. Conduct physical counts of products and record and annotate them accordingly. Execute release, sealing, and packaging of fresh and frozen products, as well as support cutting, cleaning, unloading, and sorting of goods. Support handling of fresh products by performing evisceration, cleaning, and preparation (stretching) of broilers for freezing. Assist in completing daily production reports, recording data as required by respective departments. Comply with and respect internal processes, standards, procedures, and applicable legislation related to activities, observing health, safety, and environmental guidelines, and contributing to achieving the company's mission and vision. Maintain department cleanliness and organization according to established standards and schedules.
