Job Description Prepare and elaborate dishes, ensuring compliance with the brand's established food presentation and safety guidelines. Maintain the kitchen in perfect condition, both physically and in terms of equipment and materials, to meet customer needs and provide them with a unique and unforgettable experience, in alignment with Accor Service Culture. Qualifications * Over 18 years old; * Technical or higher education desirable; * Experience in the field desirable, with knowledge and application of various food preparation techniques, food handling hygiene, and basic nutrition concepts. Additional Information Availability to work on a 6x1 shift schedule from 5:30 AM to 1:50 PM.
