Proactive involvement is expected in standardization, continuous improvement, and quality control, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, standards, and customer expectations. Key responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze intralogistics processes, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements; * Develop, review, and maintain procedures, work instructions, and operational standards; * Track quality indicators, identify deviations, and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Support internal and external audits, as well as non-conformance handling; * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and suppliers on continuous process and solution improvement. Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Requirements:* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Experience in quality process control, analysis, and improvement within industrial, logistics, or intralogistics environments; * Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, MASP, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA); * Familiarity with developing and reviewing procedures, work instructions, and process standardization; * Knowledge of quality indicators (KPIs), non-conformance analysis, and corrective/preventive actions; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and internal audits is desirable.
