Job Summary: Professional to manage occupational safety, environmental and health matters, inspecting and monitoring critical activities while promoting a safety culture. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous promotion of safety culture Company in the field of electrical systems solutions, with 25 years of experience in manufacturing electrical panels and insulated busbars, approximately 300 employees, and partnerships with major construction companies and real estate developers. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Update internal systems, organize files, and provide support to employees; · Inspect, monitor, and control occupational safety, environmental and health activities; · Monitor and supervise work at heights, material handling areas, external services, and energized areas; · Execute occupational safety and occupational medicine processes, issuing technical reports; · Consolidate data for legal compliance indicators and management of requirements under ISO 9001 and 14001; · Promote continuous safety culture; · Manage operational risks and validate JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and PGR (Risk Prevention Program); · Handle incidents and drive continuous improvement actions; · Support judicial proceedings and assist expert witnesses during inspections, when required; **REQUIREMENTS** · Relevant professional experience; · Experience in inspection activities; · Fieldwork experience and documentation management; · Technical degree in Occupational Safety with active registration at the Ministry of Labor (MTE); · Driver's license category B. **PREFERRED:** · Experience implementing systems for construction projects and energization tests; · Experience in large-scale construction projects (risk level 3 or 4\); · Knowledge of electrical hazards. **COMPENSATION:** Market-competitive salary. **BENEFITS:** Transportation allowance \+ Life insurance \+ Dental plan \+ Pharmacy plan \+ Totalpass plan \+ Psychological counseling \+ Birthday day off \+ Workplace gymnastics \+ Breakfast and lunch provided on-site \+ External parking (subject to arrival order). **SCHEDULE:** 44 hours per week. **LOCATION:** São Bernardo do Campo/SP Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$5\.000,00 \- R$5\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection questions: * Do you have experience in large-scale construction projects (risk level 3 or 4\)?
