




**Requirements:** * Degree in Nutrition with active CRN registration. * Experience in industrial kitchen production and management. * Knowledge of good practices, food safety, and performance indicator management. * Leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. * Organization, proactivity, and flexibility regarding working hours. * Familiarity with the Genial system. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily unit operations and ensure correct execution of processes. * Monitor production, quality, technical specifications, and good handling practices. * Monitor pre\-preparation, preparation, cooking, and distribution routines. * Verify environmental conditions, equipment status, and food safety. * Control costs, inventory, orders, and operational indicators. * Maintain client relationships and ensure contract compliance. * Manage team, scheduling, training, and development. * Support administrative routines and audits or inspections.
