Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Welder to work on-site, performing welds on metal structures, pipelines, and machine components, with a focus on safety and quality. Location: São Bernardo do Campo (Rua Pindorama, 777, Jordanópolis, ZIP Code: 09892\-120\) Work Model: On-site Employment Type: CLT Compensation: R$ 2\.945,33 Benefits: \- Meal Allowance: R$ 360.00 (per month) \- Transportation Allowance (no 6% payroll deduction) \- 25% travel allowance (for services outside the state of São Paulo) \- Overtime pay \- Profit Sharing Program (PLR) \- Breakfast and lunch covered by VR \- Attendance Bonus: R$ 200.00 \- Life insurance **Main Responsibilities** * Performing welds on metal structures, pipelines, and drilling machine components. * Assembling and adjusting metal components; * Supporting industrial maintenance and on-site assembly activities; * Using MIG, MAG, TIG, and shielded metal arc welding (SMAW) processes as required; * Providing external services to clients and construction sites; * Complying with safety and quality standards. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a welder; * Knowledge of industrial welding processes; * Availability to work overtime; * Availability for travel and external site assignments; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Commitment to deadlines and service quality; * Welding course and certifications in the field are desirable. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in assembly; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Relevant NR certifications or other safety standards; * Experience working at heights and in confined spaces. **Desired Behavioral Profile** We seek dynamic, proactive professionals available to work across various locations, responding to emergency demands and construction schedules.
