




Job Summary: Manage and coordinate international transportation operations, lead teams, plan logistics processes, and ensure compliance with regulations and performance indicators. Development and analysis of KPIs for continuous improvement **Your daily responsibilities...** * Manage and coordinate international transportation operations across road, air, and sea modes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and on-time delivery. * Lead operational, administrative, and international driver teams, promoting integration, continuous training, and high performance aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. * Plan, execute, and monitor international logistics processes, including shipment scheduling, contracting of carriers and third parties, coordination with freight forwarders, and end-to-end operation tracking. * Ensure proper execution of import and export processes, including customs clearance, document management (MIC/CRT, Invoice, and other required documents), and compliance with national and international regulatory requirements. * Manage the fleet, monitoring mechanical, electrical/electronic, and documentary aspects of trailers and tractors, as well as tracking fleet operational indicators. * Develop, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs), such as costs, deadlines, productivity, damages (preventive and corrective), and partner performance, proposing and implementing action plans for continuous improvement. * Manage domestic and international suppliers, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and contract monitoring with carriers, freight forwarders, terminals, customs brokers, and insurers. * Develop and monitor logistics and risk management plans, mitigating operational impacts and ensuring compliance with international legislation, safety standards, and best practices in foreign trade. * Support strategic decision-making through operational analyses, management reports, and performance indicators, contributing to cost optimization and operational excellence. **What we’re looking for in the person who will join our team...** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, International Relations, or Engineering; * Knowledge of fleet management and issuance of MIC/CRT and Invoice; * Experience in international road transportation (mandatory); * Experience handling hazardous goods (chemicals, dangerous, explosive, gaseous, etc.); * Experience in hiring drivers and carriers; * Basic Spanish; * Postgraduate studies or an MBA are preferred. * Familiarity with the GTI System is preferred. **Employment Type:** CLT. **Remuneration:** R$ 15.000,00 (Negotiable based on candidate’s experience) \+ Benefits. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Location:** ABC Region/SP.
