Job Opening for Purchasing Analyst – Description We are seeking a professional to work as a Purchasing Analyst in our company. The candidate will be responsible for requesting quotations, negotiating with suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring the supply of materials required by the company. Responsibilities * Request quotations and procure products classified as critical stock, based on demand and parameters established in the system, ensuring efficient and timely supply to meet the company’s needs. * Support the team during stockouts of supplies and raw materials, ensuring efficient fulfillment of store and office requests. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure better payment terms and delivery schedules. * Collaborate in supplier performance evaluation, collect quality feedback and data, maintain accurate product records in the system, and assist in inventory management to meet the department’s routine demands. * Support the team during stockouts of supplies and raw materials, ensuring efficient fulfillment of store and office requests. * Request provisioning of recurring services from the finance department and contract maintenance services as needed, aiming to ensure organization and consistency in the procurement of essential and recurring services for the company. * Issue purchase orders and monitor material delivery processes. * Keep the supplier database up to date. * Analyze and optimize the company’s purchasing processes. Requirements * Prior experience in procurement. * Knowledge of negotiation and market analysis. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and procurement or supply management systems.
