We are seeking an organized, analytical, and committed **Financial Analyst** who wishes to grow alongside our business and actively contribute to the company’s financial health. **Work Location:** Canto do Forte – Praia Grande/SP ✔️ We accept applications from professionals residing in **São Vicente or Santos** **Work Model:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday, from **10:00 AM to 6:30 PM with a 1-hour and 10-minute lunch break** **Main Responsibilities** * Execute and control **accounts payable and receivable** routines, ensuring deadlines and compliance; * Perform **bank and credit/debit card reconciliations**; * Monitor **financial inflows and outflows**, supporting monthly closing; * Prepare and monitor the **cash flow statement**, assisting in financial forecasting and planning; * Issue **invoices**, verifying taxes, tax rates, and fiscal information; * Support and execute **fiscal routines**, working directly with external accounting; * Process **supplier payments** and verify financial and accounting procedures; * Prepare **managerial financial reports**, supporting management decision-making; * Input and maintain updated data in the **financial system**, ensuring data integrity; * Support **inventory processes**, ensuring data control and compliance. **Requirements** * Prior experience in the financial routines described above; * **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Financial Management, Accounting Sciences, Accounting, or Business Administration; * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**, including **intermediate Excel skills** (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and formulas); * Experience with **financial systems**; * Experience with the **Conta Azul system** will be considered a plus. **Salary and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 3,000.00 * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan **fully covered by the company**; * On-site cafeteria for meals; * **Birthday day off** **Interested in this opportunity?** If you seek a dynamic, organized environment with room for growth, this position may be right for you!
