It will support SME business units in cost management, monthly closings, updates to the Monthly Management Commentary (MMC), and short-term (budget) and long-term (strategic plan) budgeting exercises. * Act as a Finance Business Partner for the SME VP’s business units in cost management, supporting them with managerial and accounting data and performing financial analyses that enable understanding of each unit’s financial results and performance—as well as the consolidated view of the VP (revenue, costs, and margin) * Participate in meetings with business units to monitor partial cost performance throughout the month, monthly forecasts (YTG), and each monthly closing—explaining variances between actuals and budget, and highlighting risks and opportunities * Prepare regular reports presenting cost analyses, emphasizing trends, variances, and recommendations for management * Analyze costs by cost centers, processes, and activities, reclassifying entries as needed while exercising appropriate caution and judgment to align costs with the corresponding activity and responsible area * Evaluate internal processes and available information related to cost control and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial information * Participate in Strategic Planning and Revenue and Cost Budgeting * Provide advisory support to organizational units and the Vice Presidency on managerial performance topics (revenue, costs, and margin) * Monitor the financial results of implemented Business Cases **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or Accounting (preferred) * Prior experience in cost analysis and accounting * Experience preparing managerial reports and briefings * Experience delivering executive presentations * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Strong communication skills (presenting information clearly) and ability to collaborate effectively with partner areas * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail **Additional Information** At Serasa Experian, we believe diversity is essential to fostering a healthier, more innovative workplace where everyone can share experiences and express ideas freely.
