Social worker - urgency and emergency

Description: * Complete Higher Education in Social Work * Completed Post-Graduation in one or more of the following areas: Public Policies, Family Health Strategy, Public Health or Multiprofessional Residency in Health. * Active Registration with the Professional Council. * Minimum of 06 (six) months of proven experience in the role of Social Worker. Ensure the qualitative provision of services addressing the needs and rights of the excluded, in accordance with social policy and administrative guidelines; Participate in the development of social assistance policies and policies in other administrative areas; Develop, implement, and monitor specific social projects and programs, coordinated with other administrative departments; Provide advisory support to popular social institutions, grassroots organizations, neighborhood associations committees, etc.; Conduct socioeconomic studies and registrations; Provide individual consultations and referrals to municipal resources and other services; Participate in community-based activities and programs; Participate in various group activities (pregnant women, malnourished individuals, sexuality) at UBS (Basic Health Unit); Participate in commissions and groups established by the Municipal Government of Diadema; Conduct external and internal contacts, visit public and private institutions for service referrals; Address women's social needs and rights through public facilities, institutions, groups, meetings, and others; Attend events, seminars, and work meetings; Participate in multidisciplinary team integration for internal and external activities; Promote actions to obtain personal documents for relatives and assist in preparing and obtaining necessary documents from other institutions; Develop and apply socioeconomic evaluation methods and criteria to provide and/or refer financial aid and other support; Refer individuals to obtain various types of support and services from other public and private agencies; Periodically submit statistical, analytical, and financial reports on completed work; Carry out social actions and activities related to the field of social assistance policy for the population and staff; Attend meetings, training, and development programs to improve work processes; Support and provide conditions for knowledge acquisition by interns and/or residents in assistance activities under their responsibility, when requested and according to assessment with the immediate supervisor; Perform the role of reference advisor for interns and/or residents in performing practical activities experienced daily in health care and management, in collaboration with teaching staff from educational institutions partnered with the healthcare service; Facilitate the integration of interns and/or residents with the healthcare team and users (individuals, families, and groups); Participate, together with faculty, researchers, interns, and/or residents, in research activities and intervention projects aimed at producing knowledge and technologies that integrate education and service to enhance the SUS; Perform area/sector duties in accordance with instructions from the immediate manager and institutional standards.
