Control deadlines, costs, and resources on construction projects **Construction Planning Engineer – Fiedler Engenharia** **Fiedler Engenharia**, a company renowned for steel structure assembly and tensioned fabric installation, is seeking a **Planning Engineer** to strengthen its technical team. **Responsibilities** * Develop, update, and monitor physical\-financial schedules for construction projects; * Control deadlines, costs, and resources, proposing corrective actions when necessary; * Support the execution team with planning and control information; * Generate progress reports, performance indicators, and analytical reports; * Participate in alignment meetings with clients and field teams; * Ensure achievement of quality, safety, and productivity targets. **Requirements** * Degree in **Civil Engineering** (with active CREA registration); * Proven experience in **construction planning and control**; * Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar); * Knowledge of **AutoCAD** and **Advance Steel**; * Experience in cost control, measurements, and technical reporting; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **industrial, structural, or infrastructure projects**; Employment Type: Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
