We are guided by values that shape all our interactions: ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, alongside humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Responsible for process automation based on system optimization to ensure departmental effectiveness, using specific systems and tools such as Power BI, Query, SQL, Macros, etc. * Conduct critical analysis and identify root causes to propose data-driven solutions (e.g., productivity, departmental performance). * Perform data analysis—proficient in creating and updating operational dashboards, with expertise in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI). * Develop SQL queries (databases/SQL) for data extraction, manipulation, and acquisition from various production sources. * Manage and monitor departmental KPIs. * Communicate clearly and present effectively, focusing on translating data into actionable business insights to support decision-making. **Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree
