We’re firmly committed to protecting your data—privacy and security are top priorities for us! **About the position** **Position:** Product Manager **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Publication date:** 12/19/25 **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * **Manage the lifecycle of listed interest rate products**, monitoring performance and ensuring continuous improvements. * **Lead the development of new products and services**, anticipating market trends and needs. * **Maintain close relationships with customers and entities across the financial ecosystem** (asset managers, brokerages, treasury departments, HFTs, regulators), understanding their requirements and representing them internally. * **Mobilize internal teams** (Operations, IT, Legal, Risk) to ensure alignment with product strategy. * **Monitor regulatory and competitive impacts**, proposing strategic solutions to maintain B3’s market leadership. **Area responsibilities** This area is responsible for managing products and projects in B3’s listed interest rate market (DI futures, EDS, implied, DAP, IDI options, Copom options, RF ETFs, BDR RF ETFs, offshore interest rate derivatives, listed credit derivatives, among others). Its mandate is to consolidate perspectives from diverse customer types (with differing needs) and from products/markets. Additionally, these topics are strongly influenced by regulators (CVM, BCB, CFTC, among others).
