




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for developing and updating schedules, monitoring construction execution, interpreting design documents, and coordinating teams to align resources and deadlines. Participation in site meetings and action plan control ;Construction Planner **Work Location:** São Bernardo do Campo – SP (100% on-site) **Main Responsibilities:** Develop and update physical and financial project schedules; Monitor on-site activity execution, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; Read and interpret architectural, structural, and complementary design documents; Coordinate with engineering, execution, procurement, and supplier teams to align resources, deadlines, and construction methodology; Present progress reports, performance indicators, and project status updates; Participate in site meetings, develop and control action plans; Contribute to implementing best practices on-site, logistics, and service sequencing. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Experience in civil construction projects (preferred); Ability to read and interpret construction design documents; Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus; Analytical ability, organization, strong communication skills, and teamwork; Availability to work 100% on-site in São Bernardo do Campo.
