




Job Summary: The Inspector will be responsible for sorting, organizing, and receiving vehicles, verifying their overall condition, documentation, and recording damages to ensure safety and compliance. Knowledge of vehicle inspection and documentation **JOB INFORMATION** * **Position:** Inspector * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00; Saturdays, 08:30 to 12:00 (on alternate weeks) * **Number of Openings:** 2 **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Sort and organize vehicles for dispatch, yard positioning, and shipment preparation (securing, cleaning, protection if applicable); * Receive vehicles at bases/logistics facilities for shipment or after transportation, verifying chassis number, license plate, model, color, mileage, general condition (scratches, dents, damages), and components (doors, windows, mirrors, etc.); * Record all observations regarding damages, discrepancies, or repair requirements by completing reports, checklists, or the company’s control systems (autolog); * Ensure safety conditions, vehicle preservation, and confidentiality of documentation; * Immediately notify management/logistics of any documentary or physical irregularities that may compromise transportation or incur additional costs or risks; * Verify compliance with special features—for example, non-operational vehicles, lowered vehicles, armored vehicles, non-standard dimensions, modified vehicles, or accessories (roof racks); * Conduct weekly inspections including inventory reconciliation of incoming vs. outgoing vehicles; * Maintain efficient physical operations at the facility, maneuver vehicles, and park them in unloading sequence; * Perform other duties relevant to the position. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Knowledge of physical vehicle inspection (damages, mileage, accessories, general condition); * Vehicle documentation (CRLV, ATP-V, NF-e, auction/transfer documents); * Experience in automotive/cautelar sectors (Detran yards, rental companies, insurance companies). **SALARY** * R$2.000,00 **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance: R$ 21.00 per day – Flash Card; * Bradesco health plan – 100% covered for the employee after probation period; * Transportation voucher – no 6% deduction; * Birthday Day Off; * On-site meal cafeteria; * Parking available; * Uniform provided.
