Job Summary:
Operational professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling corrective and preventive maintenance, monitoring performance indicators, and proposing improvements to ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) and toll collection systems processes.

Main responsibilities:
Plan and schedule corrective maintenance in coordination with Maintenance Engineering;
Support the development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans;
Schedule and control interventions according to equipment criticality and operational needs;
Ensure appropriate allocation of human resources to meet requests from CCO – Operational Control Center;
Analyze technical information from maintenance orders and validate field team activities;
Monitor maintenance performance indicators and propose process improvements;
Collect and analyze performance data from ITS – Intelligent Transport Systems and toll collection equipment, generating service tickets and directing maintenance teams;
Perform analysis, monitoring, and switching operations on the power supply system (normal and emergency), contacting utility providers and field teams as needed;
Manage fuel supply for generators;
Monitor and track performance indicators for toll collection, electrical, and ITS systems.
Additional activities:
Carry out all routines defined by the Maintenance Management department, ensuring delivery deadlines are met;
Lead weekly meetings to present system failures, actions taken, impacts, and improvement suggestions, jointly with Maintenance Engineering;
Promote continuous process improvement;
Comply with PAF – Supplier Evaluation Program requirements, including document analysis, status closure, and notifications to service providers;
Conduct training sessions when necessary.
**Requirements:**
NR10 / NR35 knowledge
Electronics Technician or related field qualification
