We are seeking a professional to work as a Products & Processes Technician focused on modeling, development, and improvement of production flow. The candidate will support the Processes team at Nexo|Varietta, participating from the creation of new products and devices to the standardization of production processes at JS Estofados plant. Main responsibilities include: * Model technical drawings of products, devices, and components in SolidWorks; * Create, review, and keep updated existing and new technical drawing files; * Develop production structure and process flow (from project to production release) for upholstered furniture; * Generate and maintain B.O.M. (Bill of Materials) for products and components; * Perform time studies, line balancing, and methods analysis to optimize production; * Monitor production performance, process indicators, and propose continuous improvements; * Assist in supplier development and approval, ensuring components meet technical and process requirements; * Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure processes are documented, standardized, and aligned with industrial best practices. * Other duties relevant to the position Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT, Temporary Contract duration: 3 months Pay: R$2,221.06 - R$4,400.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Education assistance * Food basket * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Education: * Ongoing or incomplete Technical degree (Preferred) Experience: * SolidWorks (Required) * TINY / OLIST ERP (Required)
