The professional will be responsible for managing the dispatch team and processes, guaranteeing quality and agility in deliveries. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise cargo dispatch activities * Coordinate and guide the operational team * Ensure adherence to deadlines, procedures, and internal regulations * Monitor volumes, perform goods verification, picking, and loading * Track performance indicators and propose improvements * Maintain good relationships among the team, logistics, and other departments * **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role or related areas **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of management systems (ERP/WMS) * Experience with inventory control and freight carriers * Experience leading teams * Familiarity with dispatch and logistics routines * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$4.500,00 – R$4.730,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
