**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be agreed upon **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Key Responsibilities Structure and maintain project portfolio management, considering strategic priorities, operational impact, risks, and execution capacity. Support project prioritization (CAPEX, OPEX, operational improvements, technology, compliance, and innovation). Consolidate information on project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and status. Develop executive reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making. Collaborate with project managers and requesting areas to ensure adherence to processes, standards, and governance. Support governance forums, committees, and portfolio monitoring rituals. Monitor project impacts on ongoing operations, mitigating risks to availability and operational safety. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project and portfolio management processes. **Requirements:** Requirements Mandatory Prior experience in a PMO with a focus on project portfolio management. Experience in complex and regulated environments (infrastructure, engineering, operations, energy, transportation, or similar). Strong analytical ability and experience with KPIs, management reports, and executive presentations. Experience with project/portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, PPM tools). Ability to engage with multiple technical and business stakeholders. Desirable Experience in infrastructure projects, construction, operational systems, or technology applied to operations. Knowledge of traditional, agile, or hybrid methodologies. Certifications in Project or Portfolio Management (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or similar). Behavioral Competencies Strategic vision coupled with execution capability. Clear communication with technical and executive audiences. Organization, sense of priority, and data-driven decision-making.
