Commercial Channels Assistant \- B2B **Job Mission** Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring organization, efficiency, and agility in daily routines that sustain relationships with B2B channels and points of sale (POS). The Commercial Assistant – Channels works side by side with the Key Account, being responsible for tracking orders, updating information in the CRM, consolidating sell-in/sell-out metrics, and supporting the execution of campaigns, training sessions, and field activities. Your mission is to ensure the sales team has accurate data and well-structured processes to enhance performance and strengthen brand presence across channels. **Main Responsibilities** Support the Channel Relationship and Performance Executive in all administrative and operational requests; Record and monitor sales orders, ensuring data accuracy, delivery timelines, and order status; Update and maintain the CRM (HubSpot) and internal sales tracking spreadsheets, ensuring proper registration of visits, contacts, pipeline, and forecast; Consolidate channel performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, coverage, stockouts, product mix, and turnover); Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and commercial presentations; Provide logistical and administrative support for training sessions, workshops, and events with clients and POS; Support the implementation of trade marketing actions, POS materials management, and promotional campaigns; Act as a liaison with logistics, billing, marketing, and after-sales departments, ensuring continuous information flow and prompt resolution of channel requests; Attend to clients and distributors via email and phone, providing information on orders, deadlines, status, and documentation; Assist in registering and updating clients, products, and pricing tables in internal systems; Monitor inventory of promotional materials and demo products, arranging restocking and shipments when necessary.
