**RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. Conduct anamnesis, establish therapeutic plans, prescribe activities, prepare therapeutic materials and environment, monitor therapeutic progress, reorient therapeutic approaches, stimulate adherence and continuity of patient treatment.

9. Participate in decision-making with the RT, general coordination, and the multidisciplinary team regarding patient discharge, termination, or continuation of therapies.
