About the opportunity: You will lead the first strategic contact with hotels interested in our services. Your role is to understand each client’s context, deliver value during conversations, and qualify opportunities for the closing team. Important: here, you will not perform cold calling — leads already arrive with interest. Key responsibilities: \- Conduct presentation meetings (average of 5 per day); \- Diagnose each hotel’s current situation and needs; \- Ask strategic questions and lead consultative conversations; \- Record information in the CRM clearly and systematically; \- Qualify and route leads to the sales team; \- Collaborate closely with the commercial team. What we seek: \- Experience in sales or pre-sales; \- Experience or knowledge in hospitality/tourism (a significant advantage); \- Strong communication skills and ease in leading conversations; \- Active listening and a consultative approach; \- Process-oriented organization and discipline; \- Curious, analytical, and results-driven profile; \- Team spirit and low ego.
