We are seeking a Quality Analyst to work in a Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) manufacturing company, directly contributing to the standardization, control, and continuous improvement of production processes. **About the Company** A PPE manufacturing company located in Diadema/SP, with an updated industrial facility, ongoing automation initiatives, and a strong focus on innovation. The company continuously develops new products, has implemented an ERP system to optimize Quality Management routines, and prioritizes product excellence and full customer satisfaction. **About the Role** Responsible for leading and strengthening quality control activities, ensuring the adoption of continuous improvement policies across all operations. You will map, standardize, and optimize processes, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal standards, and legal requirements. You will directly develop workflows, checklists, and control parameters, as well as support audits, certifications, and internal training programs. You will play an active role in analyzing non-conformities, supporting Production Control and Planning (PCP), and consolidating a quality culture throughout the plant. **Responsibilities** * Monitor internal and external audits. * Develop and analyze performance indicators to measure operational efficiency. * Prepare reports, documentation, and technical assessments for quality certifications. * Analyze and manage non-conformities, proposing corrective action plans and improvements. * Develop, deliver, and document internal training sessions on operational standards. * Create process flowcharts and instructions. * Audit production and administrative processes. * Issue operational performance evaluation reports. * Act as a support point for directing production and maintenance orders. * Monitor updates to technical standards applicable to the sector. * Promote quality culture by organizing internal events and developing supporting materials. * Conduct supplier qualification, raw material inspection, and analysis. * Deliver behavioral, product, organizational, machinery operation, PPE usage, and interpersonal conduct training. **Required Qualifications** **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Production Engineering, or Quality Engineering. * Technical qualifications in Quality may be considered based on relevant experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts). * Experience with ERP systems. * Valid, verifiable **ISO 9001:2015** certification (mandatory). **Functional Requirements (Mandatory)** * Full COVID-19 vaccination. * Availability for **100% on-site work** in Diadema. **Technical and Behavioral Skills** * Clear communication skills for reporting issues and providing guidance. * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Organizational skills, discipline, and attention to detail. * Demonstrated leadership in promoting quality culture. **Expected Attitudes** * Strong interaction with operational and administrative departments. * Willingness to learn and develop new competencies. * Focus on increasing customer satisfaction. * Active collaboration in product development. **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred)** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Quality Management, preferably in plastic injection manufacturing and with ERP system usage. * Excellent professional references. * Advanced proficiency in quality analysis and control tools, charts, and diagrams. **Compensation and Benefits** **Job Conditions:** Monthly salary: BRL 3,500.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Breakfast Profit-sharing program (PLR) Food basket Dental plan at no cost to employee Group life insurance **Employment Type: CLT** — Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Work Mode:** On-site Job type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Pay: BRL 3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care coverage * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold ISO 9001:2015 certification?
