Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Intern to support the supply of raw materials and supplies, aiming for the lowest possible price while maintaining established standards for delivery timelines and quality. Monitor delivery deadlines and material quality We are looking for an Intern to work in the Procurement Department, directly contributing to the supply of production inputs and other materials used by the company, always aiming for the lowest possible price within the established standards for product and service delivery timelines and quality. Main Responsibilities: * Support negotiations with suppliers; * Assist in organizing departmental information and documents; * Perform calculations and verifications (amounts, taxes, etc.); * Support procurement planning; * Maintain contact with suppliers and other company departments; * Monitor delivery deadlines and quality of purchased materials. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program related to Administration or Procurement; * Basic computer skills; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong communication skills and telephone customer service ability.
