This position could be right for you! **Important:** This is a **field-based role**, requiring service across various clients in the **Greater São Paulo region**, including the **South Zone, East Zone, Central Zone, West Zone, and North Zone**. **About the opportunity:** We are looking for a **Junior Technician** to provide **technical support for multifunction printers**, ensuring full equipment functionality with emphasis on **quality, agility, and excellence in customer service**. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on multifunction printers * Provide **direct technical support to customers** (field-based or on-site) * Diagnose and resolve **technical faults in equipment** * Replace **toner, parts, and maintenance kits** * Install, configure, and provide **network printer support** * Monitor technical service requests and ensure compliance with **SLAs** * Complete **technical reports** and perform basic consumables tracking **Requirements:** * Technical education in **Information Technology, Networking, Electro-Electronics, or related fields** * Experience in **printer maintenance** (laser, inkjet, or thermal) * Knowledge of **networking, drivers, and Windows operating systems** (Linux knowledge is a plus) * **Proactive, organized, and possessing strong interpersonal skills** * **Willingness and ability to travel** within the operational region **Work location:** Greater São Paulo – **South Zone, East Zone, Central Zone, West Zone, and North Zone** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract) **Why join Ricoh?** At **Ricoh**, we believe that **technology is created by people and for people**.
