Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person, telephone, or digital customer service interactions in an empathetic and solution-oriented manner; * Lead reconciliation discussions with a focus on achieving results and ensuring customer satisfaction; * Record information and keep internal systems up to date; * Collaborate with the team by sharing best practices and solutions; * Meet performance targets and key performance indicators established by the company. Requirements: * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation ability and professional demeanor; * Proactivity, discipline, and teamwork capability; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer service systems.
