Actively participate in meetings with clients and operations to align on result closures and action plans for improved indicator delivery.**Requirements** -------------- • Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; • Preferably with experience in Inventory Management/Loss Prevention; • Assertive communication (public speaking); • Logical reasoning; • Flexible working hours; • Willingness to travel; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;**Responsibilities** --------------------- • Develop and implement initiatives focused on continuous improvement of area workflows and processes; • Guide the team toward more efficient processes, improved operational performance, and cost reduction; • Develop and engage the team to maximize results and promote sustainable growth of the area; • Serve as the Control Tower focal point for internal and external clients, establishing effective communication; • Ensure and monitor compliance with SLAs and team deliverables; • Draft and review procedures, instructions, and manuals; • Ensure process compliance during audits; • Guarantee proper preservation and appropriate use of all available equipment and accessories; • Ensure team participation in mandatory and periodic training; • Comply with operational/administrative procedures and respect DHL Supply Chain policies and standards, including those related to HSE, Quality, and the Code of Conduct.
