Support internship, apprenticeship, and talent pool programs. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Fluent/advanced English. Responsible for conducting candidate recruitment and selection processes, ensuring identification, evaluation, and hiring of professionals aligned with company needs and organizational culture. * Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements; * Post job openings across various channels (websites, social media, agencies, schools, etc.); * Screen resumes according to position requirements; * Conduct individual, group, and team-based interviews; * Administer psychological, technical, and behavioral assessments (when qualified); * Prepare evaluation reports on assessed candidates; * Support the management of internship, apprenticeship, and talent pool programs; * Maintain relationships with recruitment partners (consultancies, educational institutions, platforms).
