Job Summary: IT professional focused on Level 2 support, Windows/Linux server administration, infrastructure monitoring, and experience with virtualization and network security. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical support for Windows and Linux environments 2. Network and security infrastructure administration (Firewalls, Routers) 3. Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup (Veeam) Level 2 end-user support (remote and on-site); Support for Windows and Linux servers (Active Directory, DNS, GPO, DHCP, File Server, Print Server, Remote Desktop, Authentication Servers, Digital Certificates, Web Server); Preparation of technical reports on root causes, solutions, and improvements; IT environment monitoring using Zabbix and Grafana; Participation in server, system, and email implementation and migration projects; Implementation and maintenance of NGFW firewalls (FortiGate and WatchGuard); MikroTik routers and Wi-Fi equipment; Network and infrastructure troubleshooting and resolution. Experience in incident analysis and response with resolution; Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization; Proficiency in computer networking (managed switches, VLANs, network protocols and routing); Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms; Experience with backup and Disaster Recovery in high-availability environments; Experience with Veeam.
