For our business, for clients, and for you Job Description The Infrastructure team is responsible for ensuring the functionality, availability, and continuous evolution of the company’s technology services. We seek a professional with strong analytical capabilities, a sense of urgency, teamwork spirit, and solid technical expertise to support and optimize our public cloud (AWS) environment. We particularly value hands\-on professionals focused on high availability and performance, with consistent attention to operational security best practices and cloud governance. Key Responsibilities: * Provision, monitor, and maintain critical AWS resources (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Route53, Load Balancers), ensuring high availability and performance. * Develop and maintain infrastructure\-as\-code automation and standards (Terraform or CloudFormation), reducing manual configurations and increasing environment consistency. * Administer Linux and Windows Server systems, including deployment, patching, performance troubleshooting, and log analysis. * Manage Active Directory configuration and access policies. * Support operational security through Security Groups, NACLs, WAF, and data protection and backup practices. * Support on\-premises network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, routing, links, and connectivity troubleshooting). * Serve as second\-level support, assisting the Service Desk team with critical incidents and requests. * Monitor AWS costs (basic FinOps), identifying rightsizing opportunities and resource optimization. Experience and Qualifications: *Essential*: - Practical experience administering AWS environments. - Degree in Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields. - Solid expertise in Windows Server and knowledge of Linux. - Networking knowledge (CIDR, subnetting, DNS, VPN, VLAN, routing, and troubleshooting). - Proficiency in PowerShell and basic automation (Bash or Python is a plus). - Intermediate English. - Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and familiarity with ECS or Kubernetes. *Desirable*: - Experience with AWS IAM, applying the principle of least privilege. - Knowledge of AWS WAF and Shield for application protection. - Familiarity with compliance and data protection standards (LGPD/GDPR, encryption in transit and at rest). - Knowledge of Azure Entra ID and Group Policy Objects (GPO). - Microsoft/Windows or Cloud certifications. - Experience with networks and integrations within the Brazilian Financial System.
