Good interpersonal relationship JUNIOR OPERATIONS ANALYST Responsible for initial voice or message-based customer contact and/or service provision; Analyze conditions according to contracted coverage; Engage the service provider; Monitor the progress and development of assistance; Propose solutions to customers and service providers; Coordinate with the institutional focal point REQUIREMENTS Completed high school education; Flexible working hours. Analytical ability. Sense of urgency and ability to discern priorities; Good interpersonal relationship.
