Monitor deadlines and ensure timely deliveries. Control and monitor invoices in the system. Conduct ongoing follow-up with suppliers. Confirm deliveries with repair shops. Handle logistical alignment and deadline follow-up via phone and email. Request order cancellations, returns, or adjustments when necessary. Previous experience as a Logistics Assistant, Shipping Assistant, Administrative Logistics Coordinator, or Logistics Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. High school diploma required.
