We are seeking a professional responsible for revenue results and business growth for a specific industry partner of the EBD Group. Main responsibilities: * Build relationships with key account customers to achieve sales targets across a full product line or a combination of products; * Develop business plans for each account; * Establish and foster close customer relationships to ensure business continuity, reinforced by sales support/distribution programs; * Participate, together with other managers in the area, in developing sales strategies for the accounts served, and contribute to identifying goals and opportunities within the Company’s overall sales strategies; * Coordinate the use of other Company resources (technical, advertising, etc.) to add value to services provided to accounts; * Monitor, evaluate, and guide the commercial team’s performance in the field, tracking area indicators and goal achievement; * Manage inventory at the company and ensure proper use of the represented brand’s refrigeration equipment at customer locations, when applicable; * Identify customers in the company’s portfolio with no business activity for over thirty days, proposing corrective actions jointly with the team; * Propose, implement, and monitor merchandising activities at customer locations; * Monitor the represented brand’s current account; * Negotiate trade marketing initiatives with customers on behalf of the represented brand, keeping the area management informed; * Monitor negotiations with high-potential customers, providing necessary support; * Track the represented brand’s incentive and reward programs, keeping the team informed about performance; * Inform customers about product features and business profitability, as needed; * Analyze the represented brand’s audit data and propose corrective solutions; * Analyze and propose business expansion opportunities within your territory, considering demographic, economic, and other relevant data; * Analyze work processes within your area of responsibility, identifying improvement opportunities jointly with the team and management. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields; * Postgraduate studies preferred; * Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills; * Strong knowledge of Project Management, PDCA methodology, and Agile methodology; * Willingness to travel.
