SANTOS Brazil Administration **Job Description \- External Recruitment** **INTERNSHIP \| INTERNATIONAL TRADE (INTL TRADE) – ADM Santos/SP** We are seeking students interested in building a career in International Trade, working at a global agribusiness company with direct involvement in import and export processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support administrative routines related to International Trade; * Assist in import and export processes; * Monitor payments related to customs procedures; * Support customs clearance procedures in coordination with import and export teams; * Update area controls, spreadsheets, and performance indicators; * Interface with internal departments to track documentation and operational processes. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, International Relations, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint; * Intermediate English proficiency. **We Are Looking For Candidates With:** * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proactivity and eagerness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in teams; * Interest in developing expertise in International Trade and customs procedures. **\#IncludingYou** Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are foundational pillars of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering exceptional performance.
