We are looking for a Quality Analyst with solid experience in Quality Management Systems in the industrial sector, ISO 9001 implementation, and proficiency in daily quality tools (NCRs, audits, procedures, indicators, measuring equipment, etc.). ? **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and manage non-conformities (NCRs) together with responsible departments, ensuring feedback, documentation, and execution of action plans. * Participate in external inspections, supporting teams and providing inspection reports. * Support analysis of results and implementation of action plans, actively participating in decision-making processes with leadership. * Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements across the company. * Be part of the internal audit team, monitoring and supporting the implementation of regulatory requirements. * Develop and review procedures, work instructions, internal forms, and other quality-related documents. * Issue and/or control quality documents: certificates, technical reports, raw material certificates, among others. * Monitor the control of measuring equipment (storage, spreadsheet updates, calibration certificates, etc.). * Monitor and analyze laboratory tests/samples together with line inspectors, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements. * Prepare and monitor quality reports and indicators (KPIs). * Conduct internal integrations and training sessions related to quality whenever necessary. * Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients. ✅ **Requirements** * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within the industrial sector. * Completed bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Administration, or related fields.
